What should I do if I don't want to be on the pictures?

According to Hungarian legislation, the consent of the person in the photograph is not required if the photograph is a crowd shot and captures the overall effect of the event and does not highlight any individual in the crowd. When photographing events, we aim to take pictures that can be considered as crowd shots. You can request the removal of published pictures at the accreditation centre and through our communication channels. By registering, all participants agree to the EUSA GDPR policy, in which they acknowledge that photographs may be taken of them.

 

Can I bring my own photographer?

At the event, your own photographer can take individual photos of your own athletes, but of the events, only crowd pictures are admissible. The person taking the photographs shall be solely responsible for the pictures taken and stored for their use, and for respecting the privacy rights of the persons in the photographs. Please indicate during the accreditation if such person will attend at the event.

 

Is my photographer allowed to enter on the competition area?

Entry to the event area is possible with a valid accreditation that guarantees access to the area. It is planned to offer online registration to press and media staff and contributors before the event. After registration, the registered press staff / contributors can pick up their accreditation card at the accreditation centre. Only athletes, Officials, referees, technical staff and authorized photographers may enter courts and competition fields, press and media staff are only allowed to stay in the areas designated for the media.

 

Where can I see the pictures taken of the event?

The photos can be viewed on the event's official Facebook and Instagram pages, and on the website.

 

Will be available any registration for the press?

We plan to provide online registration for the press and media staff and other participants before the event. After registration, the registered press and media staff and other participants can pick up their accreditation card at the accreditation centre.
